East Sussex Attendance conference
Colleagues from Aurora were delighted to be invited to present at the East Sussex Attendance Conference to share the work we’ve been doing to improve attendance across our schools.
Aurora's Directors of school improvement, Laylee Pocock and Thomas McMorrin, took to the main stage to talk about the work they’ve been leading on our behaviour and inclusion strategies. Delegates also got to hear first-hand from Oakwood Primary Academy about the approaches used that have seen significant improvements in attendance.
